Since beginning in 1988, at the age of twenty-eight, I can recall so many great people who are responsible for MedCom’s success. From the fourteen hundred or so managers and call center agents in which we have employed to the thousands of doctors and business owners who have given us the opportunity of serving them, I am truly humbled and grateful. I enjoy spending time directly with the staff, hearing input on how each of them would better serve the customer.
